What can I use your images for?

Floralcy offers several variations based on your needs.
1. Private Use:This item can be used for personal purposes (e.g. background of non-profit website) with the requirement that you give credit to Floralcy and/or a copyright credit such as Copyright © Floralcy. This credit info/link must be placed where ever the art is displayed.
2. Commercial Use: If you would like to purchase my designs for commercial purposes (e.g. background of webshop, stationery design for your company) then you must buy a Commercial Use License. The Commercial Use License does not include creating products for resale. You don’t have to place a credit info/link. Please add “Commercial Use” to your cart and the license will be sent to you automatically with your download file.
3. Creating products for resale: If you like to sell products with my patterns (e.g. wallpapers, gift wrap, fabrics) please contact me.

Limitations:
1. You can not sell any Floralcy products as is (as set, as template, part of a catalog)
2. You can not take any Floralcy file and sell it on a stock photography/vector site.
3. Graphics can not be altered or added to and be claimed as your own.
4. All copyrights remain with Floralcy.

Where can I see my Shopping Cart?

As soon as you click on “Add to Cart” button the file will be automatically put into your shopping cart. You can find the shopping cart link at the top right of the website or at the bottom. You can easily remove items from the shopping cart by clicking the button “Remove”.

I am going to order products, where am I going to download them?

Download links are sent automatically after successful payment. You will be notified by email about your order and links.

My download link is sent broken. How am I going to get my file?

Please send me your Paypal order number to info(at)floralcy.com and I will send the link manually as soon as possible.

How long can I download the purchased files?

You can download your purchased items 24 hours after payment. This is the duration of time the download link will remain active.

How can I pay?

You don’t have to have a Paypal account to be able to purchase Floralcy files. You can pay by credit card too. Paypal will give you the option to pay by credit card if you don’t have a Paypal account. Paypal normally figures out if you have a Paypal account or not from the cookies on your computer. Try deleting all the cookies and hit the checkout button to go to Paypal.
